“Century Pilates and Emily have completely transcended the way in which I can perform on the ice. Over the last 2 seasons I haven’t missed a game & have had zero significant injuries. Pilates has allowed me to expand the mobility within my entire body, and my core has become so strong that the rest of my body seems to always fall in line. I’ve learned so much about how to get in touch with my body and notice the importance of the small muscle groups within ourselves that we often neglect. Long gone are my days of heavy weight lifting, and at 28 I’ve never felt more at the top of my physical fitness than I do now.”
