Molly‘s first Pilates class was in 2008 when she was 10 years old her ballet studio had her take a mat every Friday night taught by Chacha Gurrero with the occasional appearance made by Romana Kryzanowska herself. She had no idea the time the gift that was being given to her at such a young age. Molly came back to her Pilates practice in 2022 and the rest is truly history .
Molly loves Pilates because it reminds her of her first love, ballet. It has the grace and flow of ballet without the dancing. Molly has a swayback that makes anchoring her low back down feel near impossible. Despite this Pilates has made most of her low back pain vanish Balance to her spinal curves and strengthening her core like no other modality could. Pilates and Molly‘s mind is the most fun she’s ever had exercising in her life and the community at Century Pilates are half of what keeps her coming back. The atmosphere is intoxicating. Molly among having taught preschool age ballet classes in the past is a speech language pathologist at an elementary school in Arlington. Molly works with kids pre-K through sixth grade on a variety of speech and language skills and is a proud graduate of LSU’s masters degree program.
Molly is married to the love of her life and is the proud mother of two cats and a dog in her meantime Molly loves reading watching football and finding fun new sports to grab a drink at. When taking Molly‘s class her greatest hope is that you walk away feeling accomplished and empowered . A very fun hissed auricle fact about Molly is that she has over 17 years worth of classical Russian ballet experience under her belt and got to train with grates in the field, including Alexander Vetrov of the Bolshoi ballet, and Paul Mejia, the son of Romana K first protégé of Joseph Pilates himself who was a former New York City ballet principal.
