Club Pilates Comprehensive Certification
Education: Comprehensive Training Program
From that first day, I was hooked, immediately drawn to the idea of helping people feel good again, and I knew then that I wanted to follow it as my career path. Throughout my early life, I grew up with a consistent focus on playing sports, including gymnastics, soccer, cross country and even two years of dance in high school, but none of this compared to how Pilates made my body feel while exercising.
Patricia Galiano Palomina, Real Pilates Teacher training
Education: Alycea Ungaro Real Pilates New York & Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, NCPT
Patricia took her first Pilates class back in 2015, it was a mat class with no equipment and it was nothing fancy, however the queuing and the hands-on guidance by Rachael Lieck Bryce, teacher trainer for Alycea Ungaro Real Pilates, made the all the difference. As she worked out regularly, she noticed she began to have better posture and her body became more toned and tightened. She continued practicing, and even during her pregnancy Pilates kept her active and toned. Some years later, Patricia completed her 500 hour Real Pilates Teacher training certification through the strenuous and highly regarded Alycea Ungaro Real Pilates Program out of New York. She is 3rd generation instructor of the Romana Kryzanowska lineage and brings her 9 years of Pilates experience to our studio. For her is it both a workout and a meditation. Kelsey has been a Pilates instructor for over a year, primarily working in the Contemporary Pilates space but has discovered a passion for the Classical style. Kelsey has fallen in love with every facet of Pilates from Classical to Contemporary and loves to help her clients progress in their own practice. Laura Ten Eyck
Education: 4th Generation Certified Instructor of Century Pilates Instructor Training
Laura came to know Pilates in late 2019 at her local franchise Club Pilates studio. After doing more research she transitioned to Century Pilates as she felt the Classical method of Pilates was more effective. Laura felt moving to Century Pilates in late 2022 would help her accomplish her goal of getting stronger and deepen her practice. The smaller classes and personal attention allowed her to do both. Classical Pilates resonates with Laura because it is founded in tradition and focuses on the importance of mastering the foundations as a path to success. She took her first Pilates class with a goal of gaining strength and engaging the entire body. She loved that it was relatively low impact and challenging, however the welcoming and supportive culture of Century Pilates studio was the prime reason she continued to go. Practicing Pilates helped Laura prepare for shoulder surgery in 2020 and played a huge role in her recovery. The strength she gained doing classical Pilates paid off during physical therapy and when she returned back to the studio, the same occurred in 2023 for a second shoulder surgery.
Lourdes Grayer
Education: 4th Generation Certified Instructor of Century Pilates Instructor Training
Lourdes came to know Pilates in April 2019 at her local Club Pilates in Coppell, Texas. As with many students of franchise studios, they were left with a burning desire to know more about the original work and the classical Pilates style that is only found at smaller privately owned boutique Studios like Century Pilates in Arlington, Texas. Lourdes immediately fall in love with the culture of the Pilates studio. She was looking for a complete workout to help strengthen her core and reduce back complications as well as meet people as she was new to Texas by way of Chicago.
Lourdes loves that teaching. Pilates has given her the opportunity to keep her brain and her body sharp and she loves that it’s a full body workout that can be done daily for the rest of her life. A classical studio and a classical program because it’s practice is the closest to Joe Pilates himself and how he intended the movements and all the equipment available in the classical Pilates studio to be used as a system. She decided on Century Pilates 600 Hour 4th generation teaching certifcation and she saw it was a way to develop her body and to teach others and grow a small business for herself one day.

Nycole Vu
Level 2 Instructor
Education: 4th Generation Century Pilates Instructor Training Program Comprehensive Classical Pilates Instructor
Nycole first came to know Pilates in 2021 when her good friend brought her along for a semi-private lesson with Emily Wills at her Arlington studio Century Pilates. She was recovering from a meniscus scope, which should have been an easy recovery, but six weeks turned into a year in a year turned into another year and a half and she wasn’t recovering the way she had hoped.
Nycole loved her first private and her body responded so well to Pilates that after six months her knee felt better. She kept seeing improvements not only with her knee, but her legs were stronger. Her core became solid and her whole body felt lengthened and strengthened, and I felt amazing! Nycole boasts that her body has never felt stronger or healthier. Her knee pain is gone and her mental health has improved.
