What Clients are saying about Century Pilates
“I started practicing Pilates many years ago, first as a self-guided training regimen, and later in various studio settings. It wasn’t until I had the chance to work out at Century Pilates that I truly understood the method was able to feel its full effect on both the physical as well as mental level.
Every instructor has expertise & confidence in delivering authentic Pilates workouts, and their gift for teaching is truly a rare gem in an environment full of fitness options where many trainers lack experience, knowledge and substance. Every instructor always delivers safe, yet challenging workouts that leave the fitness enthusiast leave feeling energized and accomplished.
Thank you, Emily, for creating such a wonderful Pilates studio.”

2023 Voted “Best of” Studios for Pilates & Barre
Century Pilates Studio is the 2023 winner for Arlington & Mansfield Living Magazine award for “Best of” in Pilates & Barre. Thank you to all who voted.
BY DREW ANDERSON. Like most great ideas, Century Pilates was born out of necessity. Emily Wills noticed a flaw within the Pilates industry. Options were limited to the boutique studio that is often too expensive to be accessible or the larger franchise that did not offer a comprehensively equipped studio or the personal touches the Pilates method requires.
Opening Century Pilates studio in Arlington, TX, was not a question of want but of dire need. The majority of Pilates patrons in Arlington were at a disservice as the global investor community began to franchise Pilates studios. These gyms were popping up right and left, creating an environment that catered to the masses, not the individual, which ultimately morphed into a dangerous environment for clients needing specialized attention.
